Registering as an enduser for the AuthNull

Most users added into AuthNull (from Active directory or other IAM or Imports) should get an automated email as a part of user onboarding / synchronization with active directory or user import through CSV and LDIF files. That onboarding process should trigger a user registration link in which users can setup their AuthNull Accounts.

Users are required to download the AuthNull Authenticator / Wallet app from App stores and register using the wallet key provided.
