1. I do not want to setup any policy manually. How do I go about doing this quickly and easily yet maintaining privileged access control?

Use the policy discovery feature to see automatically discovered requests in "Requests". Simply create policies with one click.

2. How do I get access to radius devices policies?

This is a new feature and will be rolled out soon.

To create a radius policy you need to select "Radius policy" on the policy screen and enable access for a directory user to one or more radius devices.

Subsequently the users can log on with their directory user account (samAccountName) on the radius devices with MFA.

3. How do I enable MFA?

MFA is forced enabled by default on all infrastructure on AuthNull

4. How do I issue credentials for a specific access example assign a service account for MFA, assign a shared active directory account access or assign and access a privileged endpoint privileged user on windows or linux

The answer for all of that is to create a policy. The directory user receiving the policy automatically recieves the credential i.e. passwords, together with a passwordless credential i.e. a MFA token.
